Design Process

I. Consultation:
The first step is a consultation either by email or phone.  This initial consultation allows us to become acquainted with you and your wedding/event.  We will discuss your style, personality, inspirations, wedding/event and budget.  You are welcome to send me  swatches and pictures!  This consultation allows me to determine what you would like to achieve for your wedding/event and for your stationery in order to create your custom design.

II. Design:
Once I have gathered information about your event I will begin the design phase of your order.  I will assist you with your paper selection by sending you color swatches to view online.  I can help you with your font selection and wording, just let us know!  I will also ask you for your ideas of the design you envision.  At this point I will create a sample(s) for you to view online.  Once you have viewed your sample, we will redesign based on your input and email you a new picture of your sample(s).  This process goes on until you are completely satisfied with the design of your stationery.  We will also determine the cost and production schedule for your order.  Once I have your final approval on the sample I will email your  invoice.  If you wish to view your sample in person, at this point we can set-up an appointment to meet in person or I could mail your sample to you for a small fee for the sample plus the cost of postage.  All online samples are available at no charge.

III. Production:
We begin production and printing once I receive the half of the payment for your order, the other half of the payment will be due at delivery of the invitations.  I will not be responsible for errors after you have approved your sample.  I will try to accommodate any last-minute changes if possible.  The time frame for production provided when placing an order is an estimate.  The actual time for production may vary as every order is unique and each invitation is handmade.  Printing and production can take any where from 2-8 weeks based on the design, quantity, your event date and our production schedule.

IV. Delivery of your order:
You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be picked-up or delivered in person to you.
